Feeling frustrated, guilty and even helpless with the foods you crave. What if you took a fresh look at your cravings and saw them as messages from your body? Imagine knowing what your body was really asking for, when all you desired was chocolate or chips.
In this workshop I will demystify cravings and give you the key to unlock the secrets of your own cravings. You will learn:
- the 9 primary causes of cravings
- the messages behind sweet, salty or spicy cravings
- how the texture of the food (crunch, fatty or squishy carbs) has influenced your cravings
We will also take a closer look at the meaning of specific food cravings:
- ice cream
You will also receive a Cravings Worksheet that will allow you to transform your frustration and confussion about your own cravings to clarity, as you discover what your body is really asking for.
There will also be an extensive Q&A session at the end of the workshop.
This class will be held on 23rd March 2018 at CWA Penrith, 1 Tindal St, Penrith, NSW 2750 from 9.30am to 3.30pm. Places are limited to 15 people.
