Professional Supervision
A confidential space for professionals to discuss their work, reflect on challenges, celebrate successes, and gain new insights.
Supervision is a safe, confidential space held for supervisees to use time with Kerry to explore their capacity and wellbeing specifically in the context of their work. Supervision allows for reflection and discussion and the opportunity to explore different perspectives on workplace challenges and issues. It is also a place to celebrate success and develop new insights into transformational learning opportunities.
Individual Supervision
Who is it for?
Kerry offers professional and pastoral (church ministry-based) supervision for individuals, with a special interest in the helping and education settings.
What can I expect to happen?
Your supervision session is centred on you and whatever you want to discuss from your workplace experiences. Some examples of topics are workplace relationships, managing workload, spirituality, self-care practices and reflection on performance. Kerry uses a wide variety of methods to inspire your exploration of your experiences from different angles and perspectives. Your supervision session is 50-60 minutes in length.
Where can I access?
Individual supervision is available in-person at Kerry's home office in Miranda or online via Zoom.
Group Supervision
Who is it for?
Available for Church and Ministry teams, teachers and educators and other teams of helping professionals.
What can I expect to happen?
Group supervision provides similar space as individual supervision for discussion and exploration of workplace issues and challenges with the expected outcome of growth and change. By pooling the skills, experience and knowledge or participants, the aim of group supervision is to improve the skills and potential of individuals and the group.
Where can I access?
Dependent on location, group supervision could be delivered in your workplace or online via Zoom.
