Free video sessions created by Kerry on behalf of Hopefield Services and for the Georges River Council, Be Kind to your Mind series in 2020. Session one of the series gives information about anxiety and how it can be understood in the brain and body. Session two explores ways to bring calm to anxious and big feelings, using breathing and imagination. Session three gives strategies for having a go despite anxious feelings. At the end of each session Kerry reads a story book she wrote called Jitters in three parts.

This resource is useful for parents to watch with their children and talk through the ideas presented together. This can lead to creative ideas for managing anxious moments in the future.
